LHS™ Linear Heat Sensor

The LHS Linear Heat Sensor is a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective fixed-temperature fire detector, ideal for safeguarding a variety of commercial and industrial applications.

LHS™ is a compact sensor cable capable of detecting heat along its entire length. It consists of a twisted pair of 19 AWG copper-coated steel conductors, insulated with temperature-sensitive material and protected by either a plastic braid or jacket to suit different environmental conditions.
Designed for both open-area and proximity detection, the LHS offers a variety of jackets and temperature ratings to accommodate system designs, including those in confined spaces or harsh environments where other detection methods may be impractical. The LHS is also compatible with any fire control panel that supports contact closure initiating devices.
